The Master of Science in Forensic Science program at VCU is designed to prepare new graduates for careers as forensic scientists in private and public sectors. Students receive an in-depth look into many different specializations within the field, including DNA analysis, drug analysis, Criminalistics and more. Students also receive plenty of hands-on training by using up-to-date and new technology and equipment inside the schools amazing laboratory facility. Accredited by FEPAC, VCU has been granting MS in Forensic Science degrees since 1978.

Admission Requirements

Once you’ve filled out the graduate application to attend VCU, you will need to wait to be accepted. Once accepted, you will get a checklist of items you must complete to continue. However, like with most graduate programs, you will need to have competitive grades and test scores.
